My Most Frequently Answered Wedding Photography Questions

Indiana Wedding Photographer

What can I expect my investment to be?

Wedding collections range from $2,750-$3,750. All include a minimum of 9 hours of coverage, an engagement session, timeline planning, printing rights & so much more. Contact me for a detailed pricing guide!

When can I expect my images?

Portrait sessions are delivered within 1-2 weeks & weddings are delivered within 4-6 weeks. More often than not, I deliver early but also have to account for busier times of the year when turnaround may not be as quick as I would like.

I know how hard it is to wait so I always post a sneak peek as soon as I can, usually within 1-2 days. :)

How many images can I expect?

Wedding Collections include a minimum of 300 images but can range anywhere from 300-700, depending on collection & amount of coverage.

Engagements include a minimum of 20 images for the shortest session.

Can I print my images myself?

Absolutely! Printing rights are included in engagement sessions & wedding collections.

If I want higher quality prints, can I order them through you?

Of course! When your online gallery is delivered, there will be options to order prints & products through me if you’d prefer that over printing them on your own.

Do you offer albums?

Yes! I offer premium, heirloom albums & full design services.

What areas do you service?

I am located in Jasper, Indiana & regularly service all surrounding areas including: Evansville, Louisville, Bloomington & Indianapolis. I also love to see new places! Contact me for details on travel outside of these areas & destination weddings.

How many hours of wedding day coverage do you suggest?

All of my current wedding collections include a minimum of 8 hours of coverage. I’ve found that anything less just doesn’t get the job done & leads to last minute decisions to add more. Together, we will plan out your timeline in advance to make sure you’re getting the amount of coverage you need.

What is a "first look" & do you suggest it?

A first look is when the bride & groom see each other, privately, before the ceremony. If you're considering it, I highly suggest having one for a few reasons. 1. You don't have to hide from each other until the ceremony. It's your wedding day, spend it together. ;) 2. It's very rare that you'll find another moment in the day for just the two of you to privately be together. Talk, cry, love on each other! 3. We will have more time for portraits. 4. You can get to your reception faster because most of your portraits will already have been done before the ceremony. This is even more important during months when the sun sets early.

With that being said, there is no right or wrong way. Absolutely do what feel right to you, it's YOUR day!

Do you photograph elopements or intimate weddings?

I sure do! I love elopements & believe that they are just as special as a full wedding day. Right now, I book elopements & intimate weddings a maximum of 6 months in advance. You can contact me for special pricing on this.

I’m having trouble finding wedding vendors, can you offer any recommendations?

I would love to! I want my couples to have the absolute best & I keep a list of vendors that I know provide that. If you need recommendations after booking, just say the word & I’ll send that info right over!

What if I only need an engagement session?

You can absolutely book a stand-alone engagement session but they are included in most of my wedding collections. If you’re looking for a wedding photographer, feel free to check those out first.
