Hannah + Clay | Evansville Indiana Wedding
Hannah & Clay were originally suppose to get married on May 2nd but ended up moving to May 30th due to the pandemic. I know so many things came up for them that were unexpected but they handled it beautifully & their new date ended up being the most perfect Spring day ever.
The girls spent the morning on the same property as the ceremony & reception. It was full of joy & laughs as they all got ready. After Hannah put on her dress, her bridesmaids shared an album of letters from friends & family congratulating her & sending their love. After that, she got an even bigger surprise. A video from Clay! This was such a sweet & thoughtful moment before she went to go meet him for their first look.
Of course, their German Shepard, Leia, couldn’t resist being a part of the action & showed up just in time for the first look to stand by Clay & see her mom for the first time that day. She & her brother, Chewie, were so sweet & photogenic. I mean, just look at them!
After portraits, Hannah & Clay said their vows & planted a tree together during their gorgeous outdoor ceremony. The setting was absolutely perfect for them & I loved all of the personal touches they incorporated!
The reception started off with speeches from their siblings & at the end Hannah’s nephews gave Clay a t-shirt that read “Best. Uncle. Ever.” These two have the sweetest families & it was obvious that they were all so happy to come together on this day.
The night wrapped up with everyone dancing the night away & a fun sparkler exit!
Hannah & Clay’s celebration of love was so special & I don’t think we will ever take gatherings like this for granted again. Cheers to the new Mr. & Mrs. Meyer!
